Manage your prepaid card

Your prepaid card will expire on 30 June.

The expiry date is printed on the front of your card. Any remaining funds will be cleared.

When you will receive your next card

A new prepaid card will be sent to eligible members in the post each financial year from 1 July.

The card will be sent to your nominated postal address.

It will take up to 20 working days to receive the card.

New Senior Recognition Scheme members who are approved after 31 May will  receive their prepaid card after 1 July.

Other ways to receive your card

You can choose to have your prepaid card delivered to a customer service centre if you don’t receive secure or regular mail services.

When the card is ready, you can go and collect it.

To arrange this, call 1800 777 704 Monday to Friday between 8:30 am to 4pm or visit a customer service centre.

Keep your card safe
