Manage your prepaid card
Your prepaid card will expire on 30 June.
The expiry date is printed on the front of your card. Any remaining funds will be cleared.
When you will receive your next card
A new prepaid card will be sent to eligible members in the post each financial year from 1 July.
The card will be sent to your nominated postal address.
It will take up to 20 working days to receive the card. Therefore, if you lose your card in June, it cannot be reissued until after 1 July.
If your card is lost or stolen, call the NT Concession and Recognition Unit on 1800 777 704.
If you are approved by 31 May
New scheme members who apply by 1 May and are approved by 31 May will receive a prepaid card to use within the financial year. This card will expire on 30 June.
You will then receive a new card after 1 July providing the next financial year's benefit.
If you are approved after 31 May
If you are approved after 31 May, you will get your first prepaid card for the next financial year. It will be issued after 1 July.
Other ways to receive your card
You can choose to have your prepaid card delivered to a customer service centre if you don’t receive secure or regular mail services.
When the card is ready, you can go and collect it.
To arrange this, call 1800 777 704 Monday to Friday between 8:30 am to 4pm or visit a customer service centre.
