NT Seniors Recognition Scheme

If you are a Northern Territory (NT) resident aged 65 or over, you may be eligible for the NT Seniors Recognition Scheme.

What is included

As a member, you get a $500 prepaid card each financial year to spend on:

  • travel and accommodation
  • fuel
  • phone and internet bills
  • utility bills - electricity, water, sewerage and gas. You can also pay your utility bills at Australia Post outlets that are Post Billpay enabled.

NT Concession Scheme

Members of the NT Seniors Recognition Scheme who receive certain Centrelink or Veterans' Affairs benefits may also be eligible for the NT Concession Scheme.
