They can do the following:

  • explain how the schemes work
  • answer membership questions
  • help you manage your NT Seniors Recognition Scheme prepaid card.

The Council on the Ageing (COTA) NT is a member assist agent.

Contact COTA NT by calling 08 8941 1004 or go to the COTA NT website.

Organisations that would like to become a member assist agent should contact the NTCRU.
