Paper titles need formal request
The NT LTO will only issue paper titles in exceptional circumstances. If you wish to have a paper title, you must make a formal written request with a clear justification to the Registrar-General.
In accordance with section 44(1) of the Land Title Act 2000, the Registrar-General has discretion over whether to issue a paper title.
