Retention of evidence for Land Titles Office transactions
All supporting evidence for a lands title application must be kept for at least 7 years from the date of lodgement.
The evidence must be legible, stored safely and securely, and accessible.
You must do this for:
- verification of identity
- right to deal
- client authorisation
- all other relevant documentation.
