Lodge an application to the Lands Title Office in person or by mail

You can submit any application to the Lands Title Office (LTO) in person or by mail.

When you submit your application, you must also pay the required fee (if applicable).

Cheques and money orders must be made out to the Receiver of Territory Monies (RTM).

Send your documents to the LTO:

Once received, the LTO will contact you to arrange payment for the lodgement fee.

If you are a practitioner and you have an ILIS account, the fee will be charged directly to your account.

If you wish to have documents returned to you, you will need to pay $29 for registered mail.
