Signing a land titles form
When signing a paper land title form, you must meet the execution requirements on the back of the forms.
You must ensure your signature is witnessed by an authorised person.
No witness is required.
Write:
Signed by (name and qualification) on behalf of (name of represented party) as an authorised representative.
You must ensure your signature is witnessed by an authorised person.
Write:
Signed by (name and position) on behalf of (name of donor) under Power of Attorney (number).
