You must have consent to clear native vegetation on pastoral land in the Northern Territory.

Current applications
The tables below show all pastoral land clearing application types that are either:
- on public notice
- under consideration
- awaiting further information
- a project under assessment by the Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority (NTEPA).
Where a project is subject to environmental impact assessment under the Environment Protection Act 2019, the Pastoral Land Board is unable to determine a pastoral land clearing application until NTEPA has completed the assessment.
