Commercial and private agent licences

If you hold a current commercial and private agent licence and you change your details, you must notify Occupational Licencing.

These details include:

• address or contact details
• principal place of business
• other place of business
• approved manager
• removing or adding a nominee.

How to notify

You can notify Occupational Licencing through Licensing Online or by email, mail or in person.

To apply by email, mail or in person, follow these steps:

Step 1. Fill in the relevant application.

Step 2. Attach supporting documents.

Step 3. Submit your application to a Territory Business Centre. You can do this in person or by email or mail.

Step 4. Pay the application fee by credit card, cash, EFTPOS or cheque payable to the Receiver of Territory Monies.
