Commercial and private agent licences
Change licence details
If you hold a current commercial and private agent licence and you change your details, you must notify Occupational and Industry Licensing.
These details include:
- address or contact details
- principal place of business
- other place of business
- approved manager
- removing or adding a nominee.
How to notify
You can notify Occupational and Industry Licensing through Licensing Online or by email, mail or in person.

By email, mail or In person
To apply by email, mail or in person, follow these steps:
Step 1. Fill in the relevant application.

Step 2. Attach supporting documents.
Step 3. Submit your application to a Territory Business Centre. You can do this in person or by email or mail.
Step 4. Pay the application fee by credit card, cash, EFTPOS or cheque payable to the Receiver of Territory Monies.
If your application is incomplete, there will be delays with processing and issuing your licence.
