Commercial and private agent licences

If you are licensed as an agent under a corporation, you must notify Occupational Licensing if:

• you appoint a new nominee or
• a nominee's details change.

When you notify Occupational Licensing, you will need to pay a fee.

Step 1. Fill in the appointment of new nominee or change of particulars form.
