Get a light vehicle inspection
If you need a light vehicle roadworthy inspection, you must get it from an authorised inspector (local mechanic).
If you need a roadworthy inspection and a compliance inspection, you must get the roadworthy inspection from an authorised inspector first, and then the compliance inspection through a vehicle inspection facility.
Authorised inspectors
Vehicle inspections can be carried out by authorised vehicle inspectors.
You can also find authorised inspectors through the NT Rego app.
