If you are supplying alcohol as part of your business locally or from interstate, you need to get a liquor licence. If you want to become a wholesaler, serve BYO, or serve occasional free drinks to customers or your community group you need to register.

If as part of your business, you intend to sell alcohol, you must have a liquor licence. Interstate retailers who would like to sell alcohol to the NT must apply for an interstate retailers licence.
