Get a review of a liquor decision

If you disagree with a decision made by Licensing NT, you can apply for a review.

You must do so within 28 days after you receive the decision notice unless the director of liquor licensing allows you to apply later.

Who can apply

You can apply for a review of a delegate's decision if you are:

a liquor licence holder and the decision was made about you, your authority or your licensed premises
an applicant seeking a review of a decision made about your application
someone who has made a submission, complaint or objection that was the subject of the decision.

To apply, follow these steps:

Step 1. Fill in the application for a review of a decision made by a delegate of the director of liquor licensing.

Step 2. Email your completed application to liquorlicensing@nt.gov.au with a copy of your identification.
