Liquor licence for interstate retailers
If you live outside of the Northern Territory (NT) but would like to sell alcohol through a delivery service to people or locations in the NT, you must apply.
Who can apply
To be eligible for an interstate retailer's licence, you must:
- be a retailer authorised under a law of a state or another territory to sell liquor
- not hold any other licence under the Liquor Act 2019
- not operate a licensed premises in the NT.
