Agent's representative

Introduction

An agent's representative is an employee of a licensed real estate or business agent who negotiates transactions on behalf of the agent.

Agent's representatives must be registered.

Read the Agents Licencing Act 1979 and the Agents Licencing Regulations 1979 that affect agent representatives.
