Maximum rent for houses in remote communities

If you live in a public housing home in a remote community, your rent will not be higher than the maximum limit.

Older houses in remote communities

If you live in an older house you do not pay rent, but you must pay a maintenance levy. This means your house can be maintained. 

Weekly levy for one bedroom - $90
Weekly levy for two bedrooms - $105
Weekly levy for three bedrooms - $138
Weekly levy for four bedrooms - $150
