BuildBonus grant
If you're building or buying a new home in the Northern Territory (NT), you may be eligible for the BuildBonus grant.
Territory Home Owner Discount
The Territory Home Owner Discount ceased on 30 June 2021.
You may be eligible for the Territory Home Owner Discount if you're buying:
- an established home
- a new home or
- land to build a new home in the Northern Territory (NT).

Apply for a grant of up to $2,000 to buy household goods. - Home renovation grant
How to apply for up to $10,000 to renovate your home.
- Stamp duty: senior, pensioner and carer concession
If you are aged over 60, a pensioner or a carer holding a Northern Territory Pensioner and Carer Concession card, you can apply for $10,000 in stamp duty relief.
