Submit mineral resources and ore reserves report

If you hold a mineral lease (ML) or an exploration licence in retention (ELR), you must submit a report describing the estimated mineral resources and ore reserves within these titles.

You don't have to report on mineral leases that have been granted for ancillary purposes.

How to report

You must fill in the mineral resources and ore reserves form XLSX (175.3 KB).

You need a separate form for each mineral deposit.

If there are no known mineral resources or ore reserves, you must submit a single form to indicate a nil return for one or more titles.

When to submit your report

Resources and reserves reports are due 2 weeks after the end of the financial year being reported on.
