Apply to make changes

You must apply to change any conditions of your liquor licence. You could be fined if you are found operating outside of those conditions.

Apply to transfer or take control of a liquor licence if the business is sold, the licence holder has died, or goes bankrupt.

It can be part of a licence condition to notify a change. You must also notify if you need to declare financial difficulties.

Some authorities can notify the director of liquor licensing to extend trading hours on Anzac or New Years.
