Register as an agent's representative
An agent's representative is an employee of a licensed real estate or business agent who negotiates transactions on behalf of the agent.
Agent's representatives must be registered and appropriately trained.

The laws that affect agent representatives include the Agents Licencing Act 1979 and the Agents Licencing Regulations 1979.
Before you apply
You must get a police history check.
You will need to pay a fee to register as an agent's representative.

If you are registered as an agent representative in another Australian state or territory, use the agent's representative under mutual recognition form.

Step 2. Submit your form and pay the fee at your nearest Territory Business Centre.
How to renew
You must renew your registration on or before 1 May each year. You can renew:
