Get a copy of your past school results

You can apply to get copies of your past school results, including your certificate and academic records for Years 10 (before 2000), 11 and 12.

This includes replacement documents for the following:

1984 to 1993Senior Secondary Studies Certificate (Year 11 and 12)
1994 to 1996

Record of achievement

If applicable:

  • South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) Northern Territory
  • Tertiary entrance statement.
1997 to 2010

Record of achievement

If applicable:

  • Northern Territory Certificate of Education (NTCE)
  • Tertiary entrance statement.
2010 to current

Record of achievement

If applicable:

  • Northern Territory Certificate of Education and Training (NTCET)
  • Tertiary entrance statement.

Year 10 results

You can request copies of Year 10 results from 2000 onward.

  • For government schools, you can email rfi.doe@education.nt.gov.au or contact the school you attended directly.
  • For non-government schools, you must contact the school you attended directly.

For other school records, read get your student record.

Year 11 and 12 results

To get copies of your Year 11 and 12 results, you must apply through the Department of Education and Training (DET).

How to apply

To apply for digital copies of your results, follow these steps:

Step 1. Email DET at ntcertification.det@nt.gov.au and include:

  • your full name while at school
  • your date of birth
  • your contact details
  • the name of the school you attended
  • which documents you need replaced
  • the calendar year you last attended to school
  • a copy of your photo ID.

Step 2. If your results are available, DET will provide more information.

You will also receive the application for replacement documentation (ARD). You can use it to get official hard copy replacement documents.

Get hard copy documents

To get hard copy replacement documents, follow these steps:

Step 1. Fill in the ARD and get it witnessed by someone who is at least 18 years old.

Step 2. Pay the fee.

Step 3. Submit your application and payment receipt by email to ntcertification.det@education.nt.gov.au.

You will receive your hard copy documents by email and mail.

Your application for hard copy documents will take up to 5 working days to be processed.

Timing starts when your ARD and payment are received.
