Building Advisory Services (BAS) manages rules and regulations around buildings, plumbing, and swimming pool safety.

They also:

• look after current Home Building Certification Fund (HBCF) policies
• issue certificates for swimming pool barriers
• provide support to various boards and committees.

Offices

Offices are open from 8am to 4pm from Monday to Friday and closed on public holidays.
