Mineral title fees and rents

You must pay the annual rent and administration fees on a title, before the anniversary of the grant date, each year that a mineral title remains valid.

You will get a reminder letter two months before the date.

The title will be cancelled if you don't pay the rent or administration fee.

All fees and rents have been converted from revenue units except advertising fees.

The title fees and rents listed below apply from 1 July 2018.

Monetary value of a revenue unit is $1.18 as at 1 July 2018. Monetary value is subject to indexation under the Revenue Units Act.

Advertising Fees

The advertising fees listed below exclude mineral and extractive mineral leases.

Advertising costs will be advised and payable before publication.
