Tobacco licences

Introduction

Tobacco licensing regulates smoking in public places and workplaces.

It also regulates tobacco packaging, advertising and display.

Tobacco licensing prohibits the sale and supply of tobacco and other smoking products to children.

It is an offence to sell tobacco without a licence in the Northern Territory.
