The office opens every first Thursday of the month from 8am to 3pm.
The next scheduled visit is Thursday 1 May 2025.
To pay your licence or registration renewal:
- go to MVR Quick Pay
- visit the Jabiru post office
- call the MVR on 1300 654 628.

Phone: 1300 654 628 Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
Some customers calling from an Android phone have experienced call dropouts.
This seems to be caused by the phone's Wi-Fi calling feature. To prevent this issue, customers have disabled Wi-Fi calling.
For help turning off Wi-Fi calling, check your phone's user manual or contact your phone provider.
