Update on NT Seniors Recognition Scheme Prepaid Cards
We are aware that some members of the Northern Territory Seniors Recognition Scheme (NTSRS) are experiencing issues with their 2025 prepaid cards.
We are working closely with the card provider to fix the problem and make sure all affected members receive a new, working card as soon as possible.
What’s happening
Some of the prepaid cards issued for the 2025 financial year are not working as they should.
This means some members may be unable to use their cards to make purchases.
What we're doing
We are:
- investigating the issue with the card provider.
- sending replacement cards to affected members.
- making sure all new cards are working correctly before they’re sent out.
If your card has been affected, you should have received a text message, email and/or letter in the mail letting you know what to do next.
Check your contact details and follow the instructions provided.
What you can do
If you’ve received a 2025 card that doesn’t work, or you haven’t received a new card yet:
- call 1800 777 704 (free call)
- read about your prepaid card.
