Non-pastoral use applications and permits
Non-pastoral use permits let you use part of your pastoral lease to create alternative streams of revenue.

Current applications
The table below shows all non-pastoral use applications that are either:
- on public notice
- under consideration
- awaiting further information
- a project under assessment by the Northern Territory Environment Protection Authority (NTEPA).
Where a project is subject to environmental impact assessment under the Environment Protection Act 2019, the Pastoral Land Board is unable to determine a non-pastoral use application until NTEPA has completed the assessment.
