Making a pre-admission appointment

You must make an appointment for a pre-admission interview by calling 08 8973 9211.

Cancellations

If you are going to hospital for surgery you should contact the theatre scheduler on 08 8973 9211 a week before your surgery and the day before to check if it is cancelled because of a bed shortage.

While every effort is made to ensure your surgery happens on the date given, your appointment may be postponed because of other emergency admissions.

If you need to cancel your appointment, call 08 8973 9211 for theatre bookings and 08 8973 9218 for specialist appointments.
