If you have a parks tour operator permit, you must submit a quarterly patron statistics statement.
This is a condition of your permit and needs to be completed:
- quarterly - no later than 5 business days after each quarter and
- after your permit has expired.
The statement must be about the previous quarter and must list each day, even if there were no tours that day.

To submit your statement, follow these steps:
