Step 3. Request a review

You have the right to ask for a review of your complaint if you are unhappy with the outcome or the way your complaint was handled.

Before you start

Before requesting a review, you should have completed:

You have 20 days from the date you received your complaint outcome to make your request for a review.

Email the Resolution Unit with your request resolution.doe@education.nt.gov.au.
