Starting a conversation about your concerns can often lead to a quick and positive outcome.
Before you start
If you have already tried to resolve your concern directly with the school or service area you can go to step 2 - make a complaint.
How to start a conversation

![]() | You can raise your concern by phone or email or you can ask for a meeting. |
![]() | Think about what a good outcome could be and if the school or service area could support this. |
You can have a support person or an advocate to assist you. | |
