You should report any scams to NT Consumer Affairs on 1800 019 319 or

They can tell the public about the scam through the media and social media. 

You can also report scams to SCAMwatch, which provides information to consumers and small businesses about how to recognise, avoid and report scams.

Reporting identity theft

You should report any identifty theft to the Australian Cybercrime Online Reporting Network (ACORN).

ACORN is a national online system run by police that allows the public to securely report cybercrime.

Their website gives more information on cybercrime, including what it is, and how you can protect yourself.
