To simplify the procurement process the Northern Territory Government relies on a standard set of conditions for most procurement activity.

Where these conditions apply they will be referred to in the requests for quote or tender.

A standard request for quotation or tender document will often include the following documents:

• reference to the conditions of quotation or conditions of tender
• reference to the conditions of contract.
