Apply for a review of a liquor delegate's decision
If you disagree with a decision made by a delegate of the Director of Liquor Licensing, you can apply for a review.
You must do so within 28 days after you receive the decision notice unless the Director allows you to apply later.
Who can apply
You can apply for a review of a delegate's decision if you are:
- a liquor licensee and the decision was made about you, your authority and/or your licensed premises
- an applicant seeking a review of a decision made about your application
- someone who has made a submission, complaint or objection that was the subject of the decision.
How to apply
To apply, follow these steps:
Step 1. Fill in the application for a review of a decision made by a delegate of the Director of Liquor Licensing.

Step 2. Email your completed application to liquorlicensing.ditt@nt.gov.au with a copy of your identification.
