Do you need a response once the fault has been actioned?

Your road fault report will be submitted to the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics (DIPL). DIPL will use this information for the purpose of addressing road faults. Your report, including any personal information you provide, may be disclosed to local government councils, or other Northern Territory Government departments, and other persons or bodies responsible for addressing road faults. You may elect to submit a report anonymously, however this will mean that you cannot be contacted for the purposes of clarifying your report, or the provision of progress updates. Any personal information provided in your report can be accessed by you on request.
