If you are an artist or arts worker in the Northern Territory (NT), you can apply to join the Register of Peers.
The Register of Peers is a paid panel of professionals who:
- help review arts grant applications
- provide advice on programs and policies.
What is involved
- Share your knowledge in panels and working groups.
- Be appointed for a 3-year term by the Minister for Arts.
- Receive sitting fees and travel reimbursement in line with NT Government policy.
Who should apply
Applicants from all art forms and regions can apply.
We strongly encourage people from diverse backgrounds, including:
- Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander artists and arts workers
- young artists and arts workers (aged 18 to 25)
- artists and arts workers with disability
- people living in remote communities.

To apply, follow the steps below:
Step 1. Read the terms of reference PDF (562.0 KB).
Step 2. Fill in application form DOCX (71.1 KB) and include 2 references.
Step 3. Attach your CV or biography.
Step 4. Submit your application by 2 pm, Friday 22 August 2025 to arts.office@nt.gov.au
