Renal pharmacy

A renal pharmacist helps people with kidney disease by making sure their medications work well for them. They work with the renal team to adjust doses and coordinate medication supply to help manage kidney disease.

Access the service

The renal pharmacist provides services and medication supplies to patients who receive renal care in the:

• Top End
• Big Rivers
• East Arnhem Regions.

There is a dedicated renal pharmacist at the Royal Darwin Hospital renal ward.
