Access the service
The renal occupational therapy service provides care to patients in the follow regions:
- Top End
- Big Rivers
- East Arnhem.
Outpatient referrals can only be made by a health professional.
Inpatient referrals can be made by hospital staff.
Eligibility
You can be referred to the service if you:
- are an adult
- have stage 4-5 chronic kidney disease
- are on any form of dialysis
- are within 1 year of a kidney transplantation.
