Complaints about a Department of Education corporate service

You can make a complaint about the NT Government’s Department of Education:

  • programs and services provided by corporate business areas
  • decisions and actions of corporate staff
  • department policy and procedures.

Try to talk directly with the service area involved. Department staff will listen and work with you to resolve your concerns.
