Published environment plans
The Offshore Petroleum and Greenhouse Gas Storage (Environment) Regulations 2023, as applied in Northern Territory (NT) coastal waters by the Petroleum (Submerged Lands) (Application of Commonwealth Laws) Regulations 2004, requires that environment plans be published once they are submitted or accepted.
