Business Growth Program - service providers
To become an approved service provider for the Business Growth Program, your business must:
- be a Territory enterprise
- be a legal entity - a natural person or an incorporated entity
- hold a valid Australian business number (ABN)
- hold and maintain all relevant business, occupation and related permits, licences and insurance coverage
- do work related to the program - you must provide copies as evidence on request
- hold a current public liability insurance or professional indemnity insurance policy
- have an active organisation profile on GrantsNT.

Eligible service areas
You can apply to be a provider for the following service areas:
- strategic business planning
- workforce development and planning
- people management
- cultural awareness
- marketing and communication planning
- digital marketing
- market research
- organisational governance
- work health and safety
- business improvement and innovation
- supply chain management and planning
- records and document management
- environment, social and governance
- procurement
- financial planning
- financial performance
- information and communication technology management.

How to apply
To apply, follow these steps:
Step 1. Prepare your application
For your application, you must include the following documents:
- 20 points of evidence for each elected service area - refer to the evidence of works additional guidance DOCX (69.0 KB)
- CV, capability statement or website
- 2 written professional references from small business clients
- business description
- supporting information.

Step 2. Submit your application
Submit an application with supporting documents via GrantsNT.
Your application will not be assessed unless you provide all supporting documents. Additional requests for information may occur.
If you don’t have a GrantsNT account, you must create one - even if you are a sole trader.
For help with your application, you can contact the department.
After you apply
Your application will be assessed and you'll be notified of the outcome.
If approved, you'll receive a:
- letter with details of your approved services
- link for your details be listed on the directory on the Territory Business Centre website.
Approved providers can request to add additional services by contacting the department.
