Duxton Farms Limited, a national agricultural investment company, will develop a 28,000ha site located 135km east of Darwin along the Arnhem Highway.

Government support
To support this initiative, the NT Government has played a key role by:
- completing thorough land suitability assessments
- providing information on land tenure
- facilitating regulatory approvals processes
- stakeholder engagement.
Agriculture potential
The development has the capacity to accommodate multiple agricultural and horticultural activities and high yield crops such as:
- mangoes and other tropical varieties
- crops such as sorghum
- cattle production.
