Report a street light fault form

Use this form to report street light issues on roads managed by the NT Government.

To report a faulty street light in your local area, go to your local council.

Privacy statement

Your road fault report will be submitted to the Department of Logistics and Infrastructure (DLI). DLI will use this information for the purpose of addressing street light faults. Your report, including any personal information you provide, may be disclosed to local government councils, or other Northern Territory Government departments, and other persons or bodies responsible for addressing street light faults. You may elect to submit a report anonymously, however this will mean that you cannot be contacted for the purposes of clarifying your report, or the provision of progress updates. Any personal information provided in your report can be accessed by you on request.
