Report a road fault form

Use this form to report problems on the roads maintained by the Northern Territory Government in the following regions:

  • Darwin
  • Palmerston
  • Katherine
  • Tennant Creek
  • Alice Springs.

Information received via this online form is processed during business hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 4:21pm.

The more information you can provide, the quicker we can assess and rectify the problem.

If the road is not in this list, you will need to contact the relevant local council.

How the information you submit will be used

Your road fault report will be submitted to the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics (DIPL). DIPL will use this information for the purpose of addressing road faults. Your report, including any personal information you provide, may be disclosed to local government councils, or other
Northern Territory Government departments, and other persons or bodies responsible for addressing road faults. You may elect to submit a report anonymously, however this will mean that you cannot be contacted for the purposes of clarifying your report, or the provision of progress updates. Any personal
information provided in your report can be accessed by you on request.
