How the information you submit will be used

Your cycle path fault report will be submitted to the Department of Infrastructure, Planning and Logistics (DIPL). DIPL will use this information for the purpose of addressing cycle and shared path faults.

Your report, including any personal information you provide, may be disclosed to local government councils, or other Northern Territory Government departments, and other persons or bodies responsible for addressing cycle and shared path faults. You may elect to submit a report anonymously, however this will mean that you cannot be contacted for the purposes of clarifying your report, or the provision of progress updates.
