Discrimination and your rights

Disability discrimination occurs when a person is treated less favourably because of their disability.

This includes not being given the same opportunities as others in a similar situation.

If this has happened to you, you should seek advice and support from the Northern Territory (NT) Anti-Discrimination Commission.
