Are you worried? How to speak up about your healthcare
If you or someone you know is receiving care in an NT Health service, you have the right to be heard.
NT Health services include:
- hospitals
- clinics.
We want you to tell us if you are worried about:
- your health or care
- the health or care of someone you know
- something not feeling right.
Sharing your worries can help staff assess if a patient’s health is getting worse or not improving as expected.
Anyone can speak up – you, your family or your friends.
