Remote after-hours triage pilot
NT Health is working with communities to improve how people access health advice and care when clinics are closed.
We are testing a new service called the remote after-hours triage project in the following communities:
- Alyangula
- Angurugu
- Borroloola
- Ikuntji
- Papunya
- Robinson River
- Umbakumba.

You can submit your feedback to help improve the remote after-hours triage service.
To submit feedback, you can:
- submit via online NT Health form
- call the Aboriginal Health team in NT Health on 1800 413 171
- speak to your local clinic
- call Healthdirect on 1800 022 222
- submit via online Healthdirect form (select 'Healthdirect Helpline / Nurse on Call' as the Healthdirect Australia Service)
- send email to remoteAH.health@nt.gov.au.
