Northern Territory Immunisation Register

You may be able to find your immunisation history by contacting the Northern Territory (NT) Immunisation Register.

The register has details of vaccines given to adults and children in the NT since 1991.

It also has some information about vaccines given earlier than 1991.

Health clinics, care centres, hospitals and general practitioners are encouraged to send information about all vaccines they have given. However not all vaccines are recorded on the register.

The register also gives information to the Australian Immunisation Register for all ages.

Information is given to the National Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Vaccine Program Register for young people who have received this vaccine.
