Immunisation records
An immunisation record shows all of your vaccinations recorded on the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR).
These records are called immunisation history statements.
The AIR is a national register that records vaccines given to people of all ages in Australia.
The register started recording childhood vaccinations in 1996. Since 2016, it has included data for all ages.
Immunisation records before these dates may not be included on the register.
